I’ve been writing down 10 ideas every day, following along with Claudia Altucher’s book Become An Idea Machine.
Today’s set, number 40, revealed something I would like to share.
“Write down 10 things that you regret which you could let go of.”
I don’t spends much energy on regret. I focus heavily on moving forward.
But I was able to write down 10.
The interesting thing is this: when you write these 10 things down on paper, the antidote for regret becomes crystal clear.
Not being there for my sister —> Be there for her now.
Getting my business into a negative cash flow —> Start getting it out now.
Not doing what I was capable of in college —> Do what I am capable of right now.
Give it a try. I don’t know what you’ll get out of it, but, it will probably be helpful 🙂
