Q: What would you do if you had a prospect immediately next door to a customer who requested that you sell them many of the same products you are already selling to your customer?
A: It depends on the situation, but, in the particular case that triggered this ‘quiz’, I’m leaning towards not selling the prospect these products. I may steer them towards other products.
Either way, I will have to be completely upfront about it with both of them. Like, crystal clear. In advance.
